Waffle Brunch Board

Introducing… BRUNCH BOARDS!

Think charcuterie board but make it breakfast. Is there anything better than a giant breakfast spread? If you answered anything other than no, then you’ve got to give this a try—it will change your mind. It’s a super easy concept to throw together and really impressive once you’ve all arranged it without much effort on your part.

You can do it with almost any food—and I plan to. I started with waffles for obvious reasons. This was incredibly easy to throw together, and can be as inexpensive as you’d like it to be. This whole spread was around $40, all from Target. Pssst… those waffles are actually Eggos! (No, this isn’t sponsored, it’s genuinely what I used!)

Here’s what I got to put it all together:

• 3 boxes Eggo Waffles

• Fruit toppings: bananas, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries

• Sweet toppings: powdered sugar, honeycomb, maple syrup, Cool Whip, maple syrup, chocolate chips

Seriously… that was it. And then I just used a few platters I have in our cabinets, and arranged it like this (which was totally for the gram, you can absolutely make this process a lot easier!)
